China Star is located at 6721 I-40 Frontage Road in Amarillo, Texas off of Coulter on South side of I-40 access road. Open Sun-Thur 11 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Fri-Sat 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. No menu here. This is buffet restaurant. Always fresh, always good and lots of choices including American food and desert bar. Service is great and the very friendly staff. Very large dining area with large tables for big families. Love to eat here.
