Mimi’s Restaurant is located at 1400 Ross in Amarillo, Texas across from T-Anchor Flea Market. Open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. All dishes are $8.50 and pictured on menu. Flan and leche cakes are homemade. Everything is authentic. Mexican candies for sale also. Really good Mexican food.
